Technology of Advanced Pre-grouting Reinforcement in Tailentry of Fully-mechanized Caving Coal Face

  • 摘要: 为解决综采工作面终采线附近回风巷围岩受强采动影响难以控制的难题,针对漳村煤矿2305工作面回风巷终采线附近受多次动压影响,巷道表面变形量较大,影响工作面支架安全回撤的现象,通过分析其破坏因素,采用数值模拟分析掘进动压影响范围、相邻工作面超前支承压力、采空区侧向支承压力及本工作面超前支承应力对巷道的影响,提出了注浆加固措施。结果表明:采用超前工作面巷道预注浆加固技术,两帮移近量减小了1 206 mm,顶底板移近量减小了535 mm。

     

    Abstract: Due to the tailgate surrounding rock near terminal line was difficult to be controlled caused by strong mining influence, this paper focused on the charact eristics that the No.2305 coal face tailgate near terminal line repeatedly affected by pressure in Zhangcun Coal Mine, large displacement affected the safe withdrawl of hydraulic supports.The factors of damage were given, this paper analysed the influence sphere of the driving dynamic pressure, the impact of the advanced abutment st ress at adjacent coal face, the lateral abutment stress in the goaf and the abutment stress in coal face based on numerical simulation, and proposed grouting reinforce ment measures.The results showed that technology of advanced pre-grouting reinforcement made two sidewalls convergence reduced by 1 206 mm and roof-to-floor co nvergence reduced by 535 m.
