Abstract: The CLX3 flame proof rubber tyre forklift is one of the key equipments for the matching equipment of the continuous miner applied to the fully mechanize d shortwall mining equipment. The UG3.0 software was applied to establish the full vehicle model of the CLX3 flame proof rubber tyre forklift and then the ADAMS softw are was applied to the dynamics simulation and analysis on the forklift with two different performances (a full load on a flat roadway and a full load on a flat roadway wit h pits and raised shoulders) .The startup and stable operation torques of the CLX3 flame proof rubber tyre forklift with a full load driving on the flat roadway were obtain ed, the torque of the CLX3 flame proof rubber tyre forklift with a 10 t full load driving on the pits and raised shoulders roadway were obtained and the stressed condition s of each hinge were obtained.With the above analysis, the design relability of the CLX3 flame proof rubber tyre forklift was improved from the theoretical point.
