  • 摘要: 为了实现对轴流式通风机叶片振动的非接触式测量,提高通风机运行的安全系数,对非接触式测量中的关键技术之一,即叶尖定时时间测定方法进行了研究。在分析了现有方法的基础上,结合轴流式通风机自身的状况,提出了适用于轴流式通风机的叶尖定时时间的测定方法。在阐述了该方法的测量原理和相应的算法后,采用信号源、示波器、采集卡等设备设计试验,对该种方法的可行性和准确性进行研究。通过对叶尖定时传感器A1、A2产生的频率分别为367.36、367.22和367.09 Hz时占空比分别为3.732%、3.832%和3.932%的信号进行采集分析后得出:传感器A1的第4采样点的相对误差最大,为0.94%,传感器A2的第8个点相对误差最大,为0.57%,相对误差均不超过1%,证明了该测定方法的准确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to have the non-contact measurement of the blade vibration on the axial ventilator and to improve the operation safety coefficient of the ventilato r, the paper had a study on the acquisition method of the timing time from the blade apex, one of the key technologies in the non-contact measurement. Based on the an alysis on the available methods, in combination with the condition of the axial ventilator, the paper provided the suitable measuring method of the timing time from the bl ade apex of the axial ventilator.With the statement of the measuring principle and related algorithm of the method, the signal source, oscilloscope, acquisition card and equipment design and test was applied to the study on the feasibility and accuracy of the method.When the frequencies occurred from the A1 and A2 apex timing senso rs were 367.36, 367.22 and 367.09 Hz individually, the duty ratio individually with 3.732%, 3.832% and 3.932% signal was collected.The analysis showed that the relate d error of No.4 sampling point with the A1 sensor was max and was 0.94%.The related error of No.8 sampling point with A2 sensor was max and was 0.57%.The related error not over 1% in average could showed the accuracy of the measuring method.
