无人工作面智能化采煤机监控系统的研发

Research and Development on Monitoring and Control System of Intelligent Coal Shearer Applied to Unmanned Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 为实现采煤机在各监测点数据的准确采集、智能分析和有效控制,进行了具有自主控制与监测系统的智能化采煤机的研究。以MG250/595-WD电牵引采煤机的智能控制与监控系统为研究对象,运用采煤机滚筒接触到不同煤层时截割电动机负载及滚筒调高油缸前后腔压力变化的新型煤岩识别技术、记忆切割技术以及井下数据传输技术等,最终实现采煤机手动控制、自主控制、上位机远程控制3种控制工作模式以及相关工作参数的实时监测。采煤机及其配套监控系统在古书院矿152304工作面试验期间,累计采煤30万t,煤岩识别准确率达到80%,有效提高了煤矿生产的安全系数、割煤效率以及自动化程度。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize an accurate collection, intelligent analysis and effective control of the data at each monitoring and control point of the coal shearer, a s tudy was conducted on a full automatic coal shearer with a self control and monitoring & control system. Based on an intelligent control and monitoring & control system of MG250 /595- WD electric haulage coal shearer as a study object, with the cutting motor load and the pressure variation of the front and back cylinder chambers when the coal shearer drums contacted with different seam, a new coal and rock recognition technology and memory cutting technology as well as the data transmission in un derground mine and other technologies applied, fiall, realized a manual control, autonomous control and host computer remote control modes of the coal shearer and a real time monitoring and control of related working parameters. During a trial period of the coal shearer and the matched monitoring and control system in No.152304 coal mining face of Gushuyuan Mine, a coal mining with 300 000 t was completed, an accuracy rate of the coal and rock recognition in the industrial trial reached at 8 0% and the safety coefficient, coal cutting efficiency and automatic degree of the mine production were effectively improved.
