Abstract: According to the relibility as the importance of the maintenance idea for the mine equipment, with the relibility theory and with the analysis on the mine equipment utilization status, relability index and fault law, the paper scientifically set the repair content, optimized the repair time and divided the repair type.The servic e time replacement, the time repair, the time maintenance and related prevent fault occurred countermeasures in order to have the max utilization of the system were a pplied to effectively control the reliability of the equipment and improve the reliability and economy of the mine equipment.
