动筛跳汰机筛板结构优化设计与应用

摘要: 针对动筛跳汰机筛板开孔大、孔形不科学导致的透筛物料多,灰分高、处理困难等现状,在研究透筛机理的基础上,通过改变筛板结构形状和筛孔尺寸,设计出一种能明显减少透筛物数量的圆弧线波浪形孔筛板。圆弧线波浪形孔筛板与原直条式长方形孔筛板的工业性对比试验表明,透筛物产率由0.36%降至0.082%,减小了77.20%;透筛物灰分由55.51%降至38.72%。采用圆弧线波浪形孔筛板显著减少了透筛物数量,降低了透筛物灰分,使透筛物的处理简单方便。Abstract: The big hole and unscientific hole shape of sieve plate of movable sieve jig could lead to large amount, high ash of screening materials and handling diffi culty. On the basis of researching on screening mechanism, the authors carried out the optimization design of sieve plate structure, the arc wave shape hole sieve plate was designed by changing the shape and size of mesh sieve plate structure which could significantly reduce the sieve screening materials. The industrial comparison te sts with the application of arc wave shape hole sieve plate and straight rectangle hole sieve plate, the results showed screening materials content was reduced from 0. 36% to 0. 082%,reduced by 77. 2%, screening materials ash was reduced from 55. 51% to 38. 72%. The arc wave shape hole sieve plate could not only significantly re duce the amount of screening materials, but also reduce the screening material ash, which could simplify the disposition of screening materials.
