矿用防爆柴油机关键技术研究现状与展望

Research status and prospect of key technologies for mine explosion-proof diesel engines

  • 摘要: 针对防爆柴油机在煤矿运输系统的应用现状,系统阐述了进气防爆系统、排气防爆系统和安全保护系统的基本组成及其防爆机理,并从这3个方面综述了防爆柴油机关键技术的研究热点,总结了现有矿用防爆柴油机进、排气防爆系统和安全保护系统的特点、研究不足和发展趋势。在分析防爆柴油机进气防爆系统和排气防爆系统研究现状的基础上,简述了进排气阻火器和废气处理系统等防爆组件的加装对柴油机动力性能、燃油经济性以及排放特性等性能的影响,指出柴油机防爆系统气体流动特性是研究的重点。最后,展望了矿用防爆柴油机的未来发展方向。

     

    Abstract: According to application status of explosion-proof diesel engine in coal mine transportation system, expatiated systematically the basic composition and explosion-proof mechanism of intake explosion-proof system, exhaust explosion- proof system and safety protection system. And the research hot-spots of key technologies of explosion-proof diesel engine were also summarized from the three aspects. It pointed out the characteristics of the exhaust explosion-proof system and the safety protection system, the shortcomings of the research and the development trend of existing mine explosion-proof diesel engines. Based on the analysis of the research status of key technologies of explosion-proof diesel explosion-proof system for explosion-proof diesel engines, the effects of installation of explosion-proof components such as inlet and exhaust flame arrester and exhaust gas treatment system on the dynamic performance, fuel economy and emission characteristics of diesel engine were summarized. And it is pointed out that the airflow characteristics of the explosion-proof system are research interests of the study. Finally, the future development directions of the mine explosion-proof diesel engine were prospected.
