倾斜特厚煤层回采巷道的优化布置研究

Research on optimal layout of gateway in inclined ultra thick coal seam

  • 摘要: 为优化倾斜特厚煤层回采巷道布置,减小掘进和回采期间围岩应力对回采巷道的影响,降低回采巷道返修率,讨论了倾斜特厚煤层采空区边缘应力分布情况,采用理论分析和FLAC3D数值模拟方法计算出厚10.3 m、倾角39°、埋深450 m煤层采空区下方应力降低区的范围为0~12 m。提出将回采巷道布置在采空区下方7、9、11 m,通过模拟3种方案,选择将下个工作面回采巷道布置在上变形分层采空区下方7 m。结果表明:掘进和回采期间位于采空区下方7 m的47208回风巷围岩收敛量明显小于位于采空区边缘35 m的46407回风巷的围岩,掘进稳定后47208回风巷变形量是46407回风巷变形量的50%,回采稳定后47208回风巷平均变形量不到46407回风巷平均收敛量的30%。

     

    Abstract: In order to optimize layout of gateway in inclined ultra thick coal seam,reduce the impact of surrounding rock stress to gateway during excavation and minin g,and cut down the rate of gateway repair,the paper discussed stress distribution of goaf edge in inclined ultra thick coal seam,and calculated the stress reduction region at goaf downward of thickness 10. 3 m,inclination 39° ,depth 450 m coal seam was0 ~ 12 m with theoretical analysis and FLAC3 Dsimulation method. The paper proposed gat eway could be layout at goaf downward 7,9 or 11 m,and slected to layout gateway at goaf downward 7 m by simulated three plans. The results showed that surrounding roc k convergence amount of No. 47208 return airway at goaf downward 7 m was significantly less than No. 46407 return airway's at goaf edge 35 m during excavation and mi ning,roadway deformation amount of No. 47208 return airway was 50 percent of No.46407 return airway's after excavation steady,and average convergence amount of No. 47208 return airway was less than 30 percent of No.46407 return airway's after mining steady.
