综采工作面液压支架掩护梁更换技术实践

Practices on Shield Beam Replacement Technology of Hydraulic Powered Support in Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 针对杨柳煤矿10414工作面液压支架掩护梁损坏情况,分析了支架掩护梁发生开焊、断裂等现象的影响因素,通过对整体换架、导硐抽架和滞后抽架3个换架方案进行比较,确定了采用滞后抽架快速更换液压支架掩护梁等大型部件,明确了换架的技术方案,详细介绍了采场准备情况、顶板支护铺网要求、推进要求和掩护梁支架更换过程。通过实践表明,此综采工作面换架方案可实现快速、安全、经济的液压支架掩护梁更换。

     

    Abstract: According to the shield beam failure condition of the hydraulic powered support in No. 10414 coal mining face of Yangliu Coal mine, the paper had analys is on the influence factors of the welded joint breaking, fracturing and other phenomenon occurred in the shield beam of the powered support.With the comparison on th ree replacement plans of the integrated powered support replacement, the powered support withdrawing with a pilot gateway and the powered support withdrawing in d elay, the powered support withdrawing in delay was determined to rapidly replace the shield beam and other large parts of the powered support.The technical plan of th e powered support replacement was clarified.The paper had a detail introduction on the preparation conditions of the coal mining face, the requirements of the roof sup port and steel meshing, the face pushing requirement and the replacement process of the shield beam powered support.the practices showed that the powered support replacement plan of the fully mechanized coal mining face could release a realize, safety and economic replacement of the shield beam in the hydraulic powered suppo t.
