综采工作面架间高位插管注浆防灭火应用研究

Study on Application of Grouting Fire Prevention and Control with High Level Tube in Goaf Between Hydraulic Powered Supports of Fully-Mechanized Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 为了解决顶板有覆煤的采空区防灭火问题,在潘三煤矿1622(3)工作面架间采用高位插管注浆防灭火技术。研究结果表明,该技术弥补了采煤工作面上隅角埋管注浆、工作面洒浆、运输巷埋管注氮、轨道巷顶板走向边孔注浆等原始技术措施不能够对采空区顶板覆煤起到全覆盖防灭火作用的不足,能够扩大采空区遗煤注浆覆盖范围,提高注浆防火技术的可靠性,高位钻场顶板走向孔抽采总管中的CO体积分数由原来的15×10-6下降到4×10-6,有效防止遗煤氧化,防火效果显著。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve a fire prevention and control problem of the goaf with top coal roof, a grouting fire prevention and control technology with high level intu bation in goaf between the hydraulic powered supports of No.1622 (3) coal mining face in Pansan Mine. The study results showed that the grouting fire prevention and control technology could make up the shortages of the grouting with the pipeline buried at the top corner of the coal mining face, the grouting spraying over the coal min ing face, nitrogen injection with the pipeline buried in the transportation gateway, the grouting with the boreholes in along the roof strike of the railway gateway and othe 「technical measures and could enlarge the grouting scope in the goaf with top coal roof. The technology could improve the reliability of the grouting fire prevention and control technology and could effectively prevent the oxidization of the left coal with remarkable fire prevention effect.
