煤矿防治冲击地压大直径钻孔施工技术与装备

Technology and equipment of large diameter borehole construction applied to prevent and control pressure bump in coal mine

  • 摘要: 为解决常村煤矿冲击地压煤层钻孔施工卸压效果不理想的问题,分析了冲击地压煤层卸压钻孔成孔的难点、要点,采用高转速、大转矩、长行程钻机和宽翼片螺旋钻具,实现了中间加杆、后部提钻的高效操作流程和水介质宽翼片螺旋钻进工艺方法,在常村煤矿21220下巷掘进工作面进行试验。试验结果表明:通过优化操作流程缩短施工辅助时间,采用水介质与宽翼片螺旋钻杆结合提高排粉效率,实现了大直径卸压钻孔的快速、安全施工的目的,施工钻孔直径最大达到了193 mm,钻孔深度由20 m延伸至40 m,卸压效果明显,巷道掘进效率提高10%,为21220采煤工作面按期安全贯通和回采提供了保障。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve an irrational pressure released effect problem of the borehole construction in the pressure bump seam of Changcun Mine, Henan Energ y Yima Group, a borehole forming dfficulty and key point of a pressure released borehole was analized in a pressure bump seam, a high speed, high torque and long st roke drilling rig with a wide blade auger stem was applied to realize a high efficient operation procedure with a middle rod added and a rear drilling handling and a drillin g technical method with a water drilling medium and wide blade auger stem. A trial operation of the drilling rig with a wide blade auger stem was conducted in driving fa ce of No.21220 seam lower gateway in Changcun Mine. The trial results showed that the auxiliary time of the construction was reduced by the optimized operation proc edure, the combination of the water drilling medium and the wide blade auger stem could be applied to improve the dust removal efficiency and to realize a rapid and sa fety construction target of the large diameter pressure released borehole. The max diameter borehole drilled was 193 mm and the drilling depth of the borehole was exp anded from 20 m to 40 m. The pressure released affect was obvious and the driving efficiency of the mine gateway was improved by 10% and could provided the guara ntee to the on-time connection and mining of No.21220 coal mining face.
