矿井主通风机风量测试方法的模拟研究

Simulation research on airflow measuring method of mine main ventilator

  • 摘要: 针对风速法测煤矿通风机风量时受支架影响的问题,以圆形巷道为例,在分析巷道内部风流分布规律的基础上,利用Fluent软件建立了巷道仿真模型,分别对无支架和有支架2种情况下巷道的风流场进行数值模拟,得到了各测点的风速。通过对比分析2种情况下的仿真结果得出,在巷道中安装支架会使测风断面风速值发生变化,测量值与实际值之间产生偏差,造成12.3%最大相对误差,5.7%平均相对误差。该研究为改进矿井主通风机风量测量方法,进行误差补偿提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: According to the problem that airflow measuring air volume of mine ventilator with the air velocity method was affected by support, therefore taking a min e circular roadway as a case, based on the analysis on the internal airflow distribution law of the mine roadway, a Fluent software was applied to establish a simulation model of the mine roadway.A numerical simulation was conducted on the airflow field in the mine roadway under the two conditions with no stand and the stand individu ally and the airflow value of each measuring point was obtained.The simulation results were obtained from the comparison between the two conditions. The stand install ed in the mine roadway could make the cross air velocity measured value varied.There was a deviation between the measured value and the actual value, the max relat ive error would be 12.3% and the average relative error would be 5.7%.The study could provide the basis to improve the airflow measuring method of the mine main ve ntilator and to compensate the error.
