深部软岩巷道U型钢支架承载能力增强技术

Loading Capacity Enhancement Technology of U Type Steel Support Applied to Soft Rock Roadway in Deep Mine

  • 摘要: 为了解决深部软岩巷道支护中U型钢支架承载能力和稳定性不足的问题,采用力法原理,建立了U型钢支架的结构力学模型,得到了U型钢支架危险截面位置的解析解,并计算得出U型钢支架的危险截面位置与支架的截面面积、惯性矩、巷道的断面尺寸和侧压系数有关。最后提出利用锚杆和槽钢对U型钢支架危险截面位置进行锁腿支护技术,工程实践表明:U型钢支架采用锚杆和槽钢锁腿后,煤巷两帮最大移近量仅为125.62 mm,顶底板最大移近量为172.36 mm,确保了深部软岩巷道围岩的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems on loading capacity and stability of the U type steel support in the support of the soft rock roadway in deep mine, the mec hanics principle was applied to establish a structure mechanics model of the U type steel support.An analytic solution was obtained for the dangerous cross section loc ation of the U type steel support.The dangerous cross section of the U type steel support related to the cross section area and inertia moment of the support, the sectio n size and side pressure coefficient of the roadway was calculated.The bolt and channel steel were applied to the leg-locked support technology of the dangerous cross section of the U type steel support.The engineering practices showed that after the bolt and channel steel applied for the leg-locked to the U type steel support, the max convergence between the two sidewalls of the roadway was 125.62 mm only and the max convergence between the roof and floor was 172.36 mm.Thus the stability of t he surrounding rocks along the soft rock roadway in the deep mine was ensured.
