  • 摘要: 针对大倾角采煤工作面容易出现支架下滑和倾倒、刮板输送机下窜、大块煤矸沿刮板输送机滚落等现象,研究了大倾角采煤工作面设备的整体稳定与合理的安全技术措施。在芦沟煤矿22031大倾角采煤工作面实践过程中,以理论计算与现场分析为基础,采用"整体托梁+五柱支撑+导向限位板"措施,解决了支架的下滑、支撑和咬架问题;采用"下顶上拉+导链"措施解决了刮板输送机下窜问题;采用"防滚矸弹板+挡矸链+挡矸板"的措施解决了大块煤矸沿刮板输送机滚落的问题,为大倾角工作面安全生产提供了可行的技术保障。

     

    Abstract: In the large inclined coal face it is easy to appear the phenomenon that influence safety production, such as hydraulic support slipping and dumping, scr aper conveyor down, bulk coal gangue roll down along the scraper conveyer and so on.Therefore, overall stability of the equipment and reasonable security technology measures are the premise of normal production in large inclined coal face.In the process of practice in the large inclined coal face 22031 of Lugou Mine. Based on theor etical calculation and field analysis, by using whole trimmer beam plus five column support plus oriented restrictions beam measure, the problems like hydraulic support slipping, slanting were solved;By using pull the top, butt the bottom and leading chain measure, the problem like scraper conveyor down was solved;By using plate for C ontrolling rolling gangue plus retaining gangue chain plus retaining gangue plate measure, the problem like bulk coal gangue roll down along the scraper conveyer was solved, which can provide feasible technical support for large inclined coal face safety production.
