煤层气合层排采井产能影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors on productivity of coalbed methaneof combined multi-layer drainage wells

  • 摘要: 为了探索煤层气合层排采井产能影响主控因素和层间干扰规律,以贵州黄泥塘向斜某煤层气勘探开发试验区的上煤层组物性参数为数据来源,利用COMET3数值模拟软件建立多因素多水平的两层合采地质模型,采用正交试验设计13因素3水平正交表和级差分析法,模拟结果显示合层排采主控因素由大到小依次为:临储比、储层渗透率、含气量、孔隙度、层间距、甲烷吸附时间及层厚。采用单因素敏感性分析法,分别对临储比、储层渗透率、含气量和层厚4个因素的敏感性进行模拟,模拟结果显示在压力系数相同的条件下层间干扰现象不存在,并分析得出合层排采采收率主控因素是临储比和储层渗透率。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the main controlling factors and inter-layer interference law of coalbed methane drainage well production capacity, this paper took the physical parameters of the upper coal seam group in an inclined coalbed methane exploration and development test area of Guizhou Huangnitang as the data source, and established a multi-factor and multi-level two-layer mining geological model with COMET3 numerical simulation software. In this paper, the orthogonal experiment was used to design the thirteen-factor three-level orthogonal table and the difference analysis method. The simulation results showed the main controlling factors of the combined layer drainage, which can be listed according to its influence from high to low as: preservation ratio, reservoir permeability, gas content, porosity, layer spacing, methane adsorption time, and layer thickness.Four factors of preservation ration, reservoir permeability, gas content and layer thickness were simulated respectively.The results showed that the inter-layer interference did not exist under the same pressure coefficient, and the main controlling factors of the combined multi-layer drainage and production were the temporary storage ratio and reservoir permeability.
