New Progress on Floor Grouting Reinforcement Technology of Water Control in Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 基于回采工作面底板注浆加固技术对我国大水矿区防治底板承压水突水事故的重要性,介绍了该技术在理论方法和工程实践等方面的新进展,包括:大埋深工作面底板破坏深度计算方法,注浆加固工作面突水"孔隙-裂隙升降型"结构力学模型,注浆加固模拟试验,底板破坏深度的直流电法探测技术和赵固二矿加固工程参数优化等,最后对突水机理研究、注浆材料研制、探测手段发展和治水方法进步等方面进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Based on the importance of the floor grouting reinforcement techniques in the prevention of floor pressurized water inrush accidentsin China's water haz ard mine area, the paper summarized the developmentin theoretical methods and engineering practice, including the floor grouting techniques of the calculation method for the failure depth of coal seam floor in deep mine, the structural mechanics model 'porous and fractured lift type'of water inrush in coal faces, the simulating test for g routing reinforcement, the DC detecting method for the failure depth of coal seam floor and the reinforcement parameters in Zhaogu No. 2 Mine. In the end, the outlook of water- inrush mechanism, grouting materials research, development of detection and water control methods progress were proposed.
