白马钒钛铁矿石对煤热解产物影响研究

Study on Baima vanadium titaniumiron ore affected to coal pyrolysis product

  • 摘要: 为了深入了解铁矿石对煤热解的影响,寻求廉价有效的热解催化剂,在2段控温固定床反应器中,以白马钒钛铁矿石作为催化剂研究了其对煤热解气、液产物产率及组成变化的影响,并探讨了可能的催化作用机理。试验结果表明:在500800℃温度下,添加铁矿石后,气体产率增加,且其中的H2、CO2、CH4产率增加,CO和其他烃类气体的产率下降;虽然焦油产率降低,但焦油的H/C原子比例增加,且其中的苯系、萘系等轻质组分含量增加。钒钛铁矿显著提高了焦油中轻质组分的含量,使焦油轻质化,改善了煤热解油品的品质。

     

    Abstract: in orderto deeply understand the iron ore aected to the coal pyrolysis and to seek economic and effective pyrolytc catalyst.in the reactor of the secondsection of temperature control fixed bed, Baima vanadiu tianiumiron ore as the catalyst afeced to the coal pyolfic gas.the yie d rate of th lituid products and compostion variation was studied. The possible catalysis funcional mechanism was discussed. The festresuts howed that under theftemperature of 50』 ~ 8o0 ℃ afer the ion ore aded,the gas yield rate would be increased,the Ha.COp and CHa yeld raes woula be inreased and Co and otea hyarocanon gas yedwauld be deceasedAthough the tar yield was decreased,the H / atompercentage of the tar was increased and the benzene, aphtalene and other ight compostion conents were inceased.The vanadiun titanium iron ore could remarkably increase the liht compositin conient in the tar could make the ar liht and could improve the cualit ofaol roducts of coal pyrolysis.
