相邻露天矿境界重叠区边帮压煤协调开采技术

Coordination Mining Technology of Coal Under Side Slopes in Crossed Limit Area of Two Adjacent Open Pits

  • 摘要: 基于现有露天矿矿权界划分方式下,存在相邻露天矿独立开采边帮压煤时,难以回采的技术经济问题,为了提高煤炭资源采出率、降低成本,提出了包括贯通采场、排土场,构筑采场至排土场临时运输排土桥,技术参数优化及工程位置协调控制措施在内的相邻露天矿境界重叠区边帮压煤协调开采关键技术。结果表明:相邻露天矿采用联合协调开采技术,不仅可经济合理地回采境界重叠区边帮压煤、提高煤炭资源的采出率,而且可有效减少二次剥离量、合理利用排土空间、减少外排土场征地、缩短运距,效益显著。

     

    Abstract: Based on the existing mine field boundary demarcated mode, there is a widespread technical economic problem, which it is difficult to stope coal under t he side slopes of two adjacent open pits when they excavate independently.To enhance the recovery rate of coal resources, reduce the cost of production, the authors p roposed the pivotal coordination mining technology of coal under side slopes in crossed limit area of two adjacent open pits includel stopes transfixing stopes and wast e dumps, building temporary transportation bridges between stope and waste dump, optimizing technical parameter and coordinately controlling engineering positions.T he results showed that by adopting joint coordinating mining technology, the two open pits not only stoped the coal under the side slopes in crossed limit area of two adj acent open pits reasonably and enhanced the recovery rate of coal resources, but also reduced the repetitive stripping effectively, uillized the dump space legitimately, r educed the waste dump land acquisition and short haul distances.In a word, the benefit is remarkable.
