互联网+煤矿开采大数据技术研究与实践

Study and practice on big data technology of internet plus coal mining

  • 摘要: 针对煤炭市场需求持续下滑,煤矿企业安全生产与成本管理的基本矛盾日趋突出,企业经营压力剧增的现状,为解决煤矿企业煤炭资源、人力资源、机电装备、生产技术等多要素、多参数、多目标的立体动态复杂系统协调管理问题,提出运用"互联网+"、大数据和现代管理理论,整合煤矿采、掘、机、运、通、地质、防治水等专业信息,构建安全生产协同管理大数据平台,研究柠条塔煤矿安全生产经营大数据的互动关系。研究结果表明:借助大数据技术,结合煤矿特点,深度挖掘分析其生产管理中的海量数据,可实现煤矿安全生产经营决策及时科学化、安全标准化、生产精细化、经营利润最大化。

     

    Abstract: According to the demands of the coal maret continuously declined a basic conradiction between the safety production and the cost management of thecoal enterprses becoming obvious day by day and the operation pressure seriously increased status ofthe enterprises in orderto solve the coordinated management probems ofthe thre-dimensional ynanic complex system with the coal esouces human resources elecromechanical equipment poduction tech ology and muli factors,muti parameters,muli targets ofthe coal mine enterprises,the " internet :1" lig data and imoder management theory were appiedto ntegrate the mining.heading.machinerytransportation yentlationgeolagywater prevention and othe professional infomation of the min,to establish the bid data platformo of the mine sadety and poducion coordinated management and to study the interaction betwee the safety producton and operation data of Ningiao Mine. The study resuis showed that with te big date echnology and in combination wth the minefeatues,the mass data from the mine production management were deeply dug and analyzed and the time scientification of the mine safety production and operaton decision,safety standardzation,production refinement and maximum operation proft could be realized.
