近距离煤层采空区下回采巷道高强稳定型支护技术

High Strength Stable Type Support Technology of Mining Gateway Under Goaf in Contiguous Seams

  • 摘要: 为了解决某矿29101工作面轨道平巷掘后不久,顶板大面积下沉,致使工字钢顶梁压弯,棚腿弯曲内移等问题,采用现场调查分析和数值模拟,研究总结了巷道失稳破坏主要因素及不同支护方式下巷道围岩应力、位移和工字钢支架弯矩分布特征。研究结果表明:加大支护强度、提高围岩残余强度、充分发挥围岩承载能力、及时形成有效稳定承载结构可控制巷道浅部围岩强烈剪胀变形。根据锚杆(索)支护作用原理及数值模拟分析结果,提出了以高强预应力锚杆、锚索支护为基础,辅以工字钢支护的高强稳定型支护技术。实践应用证实,该支护方案效果良好,能有效控制巷道围岩变形。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the H type steel beam bending,support leg bending and inner moving forward,and other problems occurred by large area roof subsidenc e soon after railway gateway driving completed in No.29101 coal mining face of a mine,a site investigation analysis and numerical simulation were applied to study and summary the major factors of the gateway stability lost and failure, the surrounding rock stress and displacement of the gateway under the different support methods an d the bending moment distribution features of the H type steel support.The study results showed that to enhance the support strength,to improve the residual strength 0 f the surrounding rock,to fully play the loading capacity of the surrounding rock and to timely form an effective stable loading structure could control the serious shear a nd swell deformation of the shallow surrounding rocks along the gateway and could be the principle of the design on the gateway support.According to the principle of t he bolt(anchor) support role and the results of the numerical simulation analysis,the paper provided the high strength stable type support based on the high strength pre -stressed bolt and anchor support with the H steel support as the auxiliary.The practical application showed that the support plan effect was excellent and could effectiv e control the surrounding deformation of the gateway.
