不同类型构造煤特性及其对瓦斯突出的控制研究

Study on Different Type Structure Coal Features and Gas Outburst Control

  • 摘要: 通过对9个不同类型构造煤样与原生结构煤样的显微构造、压汞试验、高压等温吸附试验及瓦斯突出参数等测试与分析,研究了不同类型构造煤特性及其对突出的控制作用。结果表明:碎粉煤、鳞片煤和糜棱煤发育部位的构造应力作用明显,是煤与瓦斯突出的易发地带;煤的孔隙度和孔容与构造煤的变形程度呈正相关,比表面积在碎粉煤之前逐渐增大,其后减小,且最大吸附量受比表面积的控制明显;随着构造煤变形程度的增加,煤的普氏系数逐渐减小,瓦斯放散初速度在鳞片煤之前逐渐增大,至糜棱煤阶段则急剧减小,而孔容与比表面积均与突出综合指标K值呈正相关,最大吸附量与各突出参数间的关系不明显。

     

    Abstract: With the micro structure, mercury pressurized test, high pressure isothermy adsorption test and gas outburst parameter and other test & analysis on the nine different type structure coal samples and in-situ structure coal samples, the gas features and the outburst control function of the different type structure coal were studied.The results showed that the structure stress function at the development parts of the broken coal, palea coal and mylontic coal would be obvious and would be t he coal and gas outburst occurred zone.The porosity and porous volume of coal would be positively related to the deformation degree of the structure coal.Before the C oal crushed, the specific surface area of coal would be steadily increased and then could be reduced.The max adsorption value would be controlled by the specific surf ace area obviously.With the structure coal deformation degree increased, the sturdiness coefficient of the coal would be steadily reduced.Before the palea coal, the gas diffusing initial velocity would be steadily increased and would be rapidly decreased at the mylontic coal stage.The porous volume and specific surface area both would be passively related to the outburst comprehensive index K.The relationship between the max adsorption value to each outburst parameters would not be obvious.
