不同煤体结构特征对比研究

Research on Characteristic Contrast of Different Tectonic Coal

  • 摘要: 为研究构造煤的化学结构和组成特征,以沁水盆地寺河矿为例,采集井下原生结构煤及构造煤(碎裂煤、碎粒煤、糜棱煤)煤样,对4类煤样进行有机溶剂萃取后,借助核磁共振(NMR)、X射线衍射(XRD)及傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)等测试技术对煤样的微晶结构参数进行分析测试。结果表明:构造煤在微观化学结构特征、大分子结构排列及主要官能团组成方面与原生结构煤相比,表现出了构造煤的专属性;宏观上揭示了糜棱煤的有序化程度最高,演化程度超前于原生结构煤,并在此过程中,碳氢键脱落,产生甲烷气体,脂肪烃的含量也有所减少,芳核缩聚程度增加;微观角度上揭示了构造煤糜棱煤发育区域容易发生煤与瓦斯突出。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the chemical structure and composition characteristics of tectonic coal, the authors collected primary structure coal and tectonic coals ( cataclastic coal, granulated coal, mylonitic coal) from underground Sihe Mine in Qinshui Basin. After organic solvent extraction of four coal samples, microcrystalline str ucture parameters of coal samples were analyzed with modern technology ( NMR, XRD, FTIR) . The results showed that micro-chemical composition features, macromo lecular structure arrangement and the main functional groups composition were different with primary structure coal. The paper revealed mylonitic coal had the highest ordering degree, its evolution degree was ahead of primary structure coal. And in this process, the hydrogen bond fell off, the content of methane gas increased, aliphat ic hydrocarbons content decreased, the aryl group polycondensation degree increased. Meanwhile, the paper revealed from microscopic view that mylonitic coal develo ped area was proned to coal and gas outburst.
