摆动式刮板输送机补偿凸轮轮廓曲线精细设计
Fine Design on Profile Curve of Compensated Cam Applied in Swing Type Scraper Conveyor

摘要: 为了改善摆动式刮板输送机刮板链在运输槽内运行平稳性,提高刮板链的使用寿命,对刮板链在运输槽内的运行规律和凸轮补偿机构的工作原理进行分析,提出了补偿凸轮轮廓曲线的精确设计方法。根据刮板链在运输槽内的运行规律,得出有效链道长度变化方程式,即该机构从动件的位移方程式。根据滚子直动从动件凸轮机构的设计方法,得出该轮廓曲线的解析方程式。通过对某一型号摆动式刮板输送机进行计算机仿真,得出特定实例的补偿凸轮轮廓曲线图形和三维模型。采用COSMOS Motion软件对该型号摆动式刮板输送机进行运动仿真,验证仿真结果与实际使用情况相符合,结果表明,该设计方法正确可靠,可适用于各类摆动式刮板输送机。Abstract: In order to improve the running stability of the scraper chain in the transportation pan of the swing type scraper conveyor and to improve the service life of the scraper chain,an analysis was conducted on the running law of the scraper chain in the transportation pan and the working principle of the cam compensation me chanism and a fine design method of the profile curve was provided for the compensated cam. According to the running law of the scraper chain in the transportation pa n,an effective length variation equation of the chain channel was obtained and that was the displacement equation of a follower parts in the mechanism. According to th e design method of the cam mechanism-translation follower piece of the roller,the analytic equation of the cam profile curve was obtained. With a computer simulation C onducted on a mode swing type scraper conveyor,a profile curve diagram and 3D model of the compensated cam for a certain case was obtained. A COSMOS Motion s oftware was applied to the kinematics simulation of a mode swing type scraper conveyor and the simulation results and the actual application conditions were coincided to each other as verified. The results showed that the design method was correct and reliable and could be applied to each swing type scraper conveyor.
