煤矿井下定向钻孔轨迹设计与控制技术

Tracing Design and Control Technology of Directional Dilling Borehole in Underground Mine

  • 摘要: 为了更好地控制钻孔轨迹,通过研究煤矿井下定向钻孔轨迹算法,得出钻孔轨迹设计参数,按照钻孔设计步骤系统总结出钻孔轨迹参数设计准则以指导钻孔轨迹设计,并给出利用实钻对钻孔轨迹设计优化方法。通过研究定向钻造斜规律得出工具面向角是影响螺杆钻具改变钻孔轨迹主要因素,结合地层硬度、重力作用等因素对钻孔造斜影响,得出利用工具面向角预测钻孔轨迹方法。最后根据定向钻造斜规律和施工经验归纳总结出满足不同钻孔轨迹控制需求的工具面组合,以控制钻孔轨迹在目标区域的施工。

     

    Abstract: In order to better control the borehole tracing,with a study on an algorithm of the directional drilling borehole tracing in underground mine,the parameters of the borehole tracing design were obtained.According to the borehole design procedure,the design code of the borehole tracing parameters was systematically summ arized to guide the design of the borehole tracing.The site drilling was provided to the optimized method of the borehole tracing design. The tools orientation angle obtai ned from the study on the deflection law of the directional drilling was the main factor affected to the borehole tracing of the screw rod drilling tools.In combination with t he strata hardness,gravity role and other factors affected to the borehole deflection,the borehole tracing predicted method with the tools orientation angle was obtained. Finally according to the directional drilling deflection law and the construction experiences,the tools face combination to meet the requirements of the different borehole tracing control was concluded and summarized.With the rational tools face combination selected,the borehole tracing could be controlled in the construction of the targe t area.
