煤矿采掘装备核心控制技术现状和发展趋势

Current status and development trend of core control technology for coal mining and tunneling equipment

  • 摘要: 为解决煤矿采掘装备控制系统存在平台和标准不统一的问题,探讨装备核心控制急需突破的关键技术,通过分析采掘装备核心控制架构、嵌入式软件系统及嵌入式软PLC的应用、井下通信协议标准、集控系统组态软件4个方面的国内外技术现状,提出了平台化、标准化的采掘装备核心控制技术方案:基于标准化的核心单元硬件,统一的应用软件和集控系统软件组态开发平台,通信协议标准,形成软件开发、测试、发布平台。分析得出实现方案的关键核心技术为本安化、抗扰、散热、防护技术,基于嵌入式实时操作系统的相关开发技术,嵌入式软PLC平台技术,互联互通协议相关技术,集控系统标准化组态开发技术等。提出采用EIP通信标准实现通信一致性、通信互操作的网络接入架构及采掘系统通信架构,最后指出煤矿采掘装备核心控制技术的发展方向:平台化和标准化,装备的统一管理、互联互通、网络化和多媒体化,核心控制技术的功能安全、网络安全和控制实时性,控制智能化。提出的方案便于采掘装备集成智能化核心控制功能,实现综采、综掘工作面装备数字化入网和集中控制,形成有自主安全性的统一、良性的系统开发生态。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the outstanding problem faced by the coal mining and tunneling equipment control system that the platforms and standards were not uni form,and find the urgent core control technologies of equipment,this paper analyzed the domestic and international technical status of the mining and tunneling equipme nt core control structure,the application of embedded software system and embedded soft PLC in equipment,communication protocol standard,and the application of ce ntralized control system software.This paper proposed a platform-based,standardized technical solutions of equipment core: based on serialization of core unit hardwar e,unified application software and centralized control system configuration development platform,unified communication protocol standard, solutions constituted a unifie d platform for software development,testing,and publishing.The key technologies of the proposed solutions were analyzed: technology of core control units' intrinsic saf ety,anti-interference,protection and heat dissipation; related development technologies of embedded real time operating system; embedded soft PLC platform technolog y; related technologies of interconnection and interworking protocol;centralized control system standard configuration development technology,etc,and proposed a netw ork access architecture and communication system architecture that used Ether Net/IP to achieve consistency and interoperability. Finally,this paper pointed out that pla tformization and standardization, unified management,interconnection,networking and multimedia of equipment,functional safety,network security and the real-time contr ol of core,and intelligent control were the technical direction of equipment core.The solutions facilitated integrating intelligent core control function into equipment,realiz ed the digital access and centralized control of the fully-mechanized mining face and heading face ,formed a unified ,benign and self-safe system development ecology.
