  • 摘要: 为解决沙坪煤矿破碎顶板煤巷支护困难的问题,通过测试该矿顶底板煤岩层物理力学性质,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了不同支护条件下巷道围岩的变形特征。结果表明:当锚索长度为8 000 mm时,巷道的顶板下沉量较小,满足工程实际要求。采用锚杆+锚索+钢筋网联合支护方案后,巷道围岩力学状况得到显著改善,使巷道掘进速度提高了20%。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the dficult support problem of the seam gateway with broken roof in Shaping Mine, with the measurement and test of the physical and mechanical properties of the coal and rock in the seam roof and floor, the FLAC3Dnumerical simulation software was applied to analyze the deformation features of the gateway surrounding rock under the different support conditions.The results showed that when the length of the anchor was 8 000 mm, the subsidence of the gateway「 oof would be small and could meet the actual requirements of the project.When the combined support plan with the bolt + anchor + reinforced bar mesh was applied, th e mechanics status of the gateway surrounding rock was remarkably improved and the driving speed of the gateway was increased by 20%.
