高应力松软煤层工作面突出敏感指标临界值预测

Study on Prediction on Critical Value of Outburst Sensitive Index for Coal Mining Face in High Stress Soft Seam

  • 摘要: 为提高淮南矿区新庄孜矿严重突出高应力松软B4煤层采掘工作面突出危险预测准确率,减少防突措施工程量,采用理论分析、实验室测试和现场试验相结合的研究手段,获得了B4煤层试验区56204采掘工作面突出预测敏感指标及其临界值:钻屑量4.0 kg/m、钻屑瓦斯解吸指标0.30 mL/(g.min1/2)。经试验区1 380 m巷道掘进工程应用,结果表明:工作面预测无突出准确率100%,研究确定的指标及其临界值合理有效,符合试验区实际情况。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of the outburst danger prediction for the mining and excavation working faces in the serious outburst high stress and so ft B4 seam in Xinzhuangzi Mine of Huainan Mining Area and to reduce the engineering quantity of the outburst prevention measures, the outburst prediction sensitive in dex and the critical value of No. 56204 excavation and mining working face in B4 seam trial block was obtained with the theoretical analysis, the lab measurement and t est, and the site test combined research means.The drilling cutting value was 4.0 kg/m and the drilling cutting gas desorption index was 0.30 mL/ (g:min1/2) .With the a pplication of driving engineering in the 1 380 m gateway in the test area, the results showed that the accuracy rate of the no outburst prediction for the driving working f ace was 100%.And the index and the critical value set by the research was rational and effective and meet the actual conditions of the test area.
