我国矿井通风技术现状及智能化发展展望

Status of mine ventilation technology in China and prospects for intelligent development

  • 摘要: 矿井通风作为矿井的“血液循环系统”,是矿井安全生产的基石,在智能化背景下发展智能通风技术装备是保障我国发展少人化、无人化煤矿的必由之路。从通风参数测定与监测、通风网络分析与决策、通风调控技术与装备3个方面对我国矿井通风技术装备近年来的研究与实践成果进行了系统梳理和总结,指出了实现智能通风仍需解决的4大难题,即通风参数测定与监测准确性低,难以满足精准决策的需要;风量调控缺乏有效决策模型,调控装备发展滞后,难以实现动态定量调节;通风动力与通风网络匹配性不强,联动调节能力弱;通风隐患、灾变判识技术发展不成熟,缺乏有效的预防预警与应急控制手段。针对这些技术难题提出了实现矿井通风智能化的3个重点研发方向:智能感知、智能决策、智能控制,给出了各研发方向应着力解决的关键核心技术内容,即通过研发通风系统自动成图技术、通风参数快速精确获取技术,实现通风基础数据智能感知;通过研发数据驱动的网络模型构建方法、通风网络与通风调控联动分析决策技术、通风隐患自动识别与报警技术,实现通风技术智能决策;通过研发通风灾变准确判识方法和灾变控制装备,实现通风灾变智能控制。依托以上技术装备,形成一套智能通风技术装备体系,实现矿井通风无人化、智能化。

     

    Abstract: Mine ventilation is the cornerstone of safe production in the mine.The development of intelligent ventilation technology and equipment under the intelligent background is the only way to ensure the development of less humanized and unmanned coal mines in China.This paper systematically summarizes the recent research and practice results of mine ventilation technology and equipment in China from the aspects of ventilation parameter measurement and monitoring,ventilation network analysis and decision-making,ventilation control technology and equipment.The four problemsare that the accuracy of ventilation parameter measurement and monitoring is low and it is difficult to meet the needs of accurate decision-making; the lack of effective decision-making model for air volume regulation,the development of regulatory equipment is lagging behind,and it is difficult to achieve dynamic quantitative adjustment; immature development of ventilation hidden dangers and disaster identification technology,and lack of effective means of prevention and early warning and emergency control.In response to these technical problems,three key research and development directions to realize the intelligentization of mine ventilation are proposed:intelligent perception,intelligent decision-making,and intelligent control.The key core technical content that each research and development direction should focus on is given,that is,automatic mapping through the research and development ventilation system to quickly and accurately obtain technology and ventilation parameters to realize intelligent sensing of basic ventilation data; To realize intelligent decision-making of ventilation technology through research and development data-driven network model construction methods,ventilation network and ventilation regulation linkage analysis and decision-making technology,ventilation hidden danger automatic identification and alarm technology; Intelligent control of ventilation disasters is realized through the development of accurate methods for identifying disasters in ventilation and disaster control equipment.Relying on the above technical equipment,a set of intelligent ventilation technology equipment system is formed to realize unmanned and intelligent mine ventilation.
