矿山竖井掘进机凿井工艺及技术参数

Mine Shaft Sinking Technique and Technical Parameters of Mine Shaft Excavator

  • 摘要: 通过分析国内外普通凿井、机械破岩为核心的钻井法、竖井掘进机钻井技术的发展,研究提出我国竖井掘进机凿井工艺,即反井钻机钻进导井,竖井掘进机扩大成井,破碎岩石通过导溜进入井下巷道运输。经分析提出采用专用井架提升钻杆实现竖井掘进机上提下放,并通过钻杆悬吊电缆、风水管路,提供竖井掘进机工作所需电力、水源,专用多功能吊盘实现破岩掘进和支护平行作业,通过钻头结构优化设计,采用井架、钻杆一次从井筒内将竖井掘进机直接提吊出井,解决设备井下拆卸难题。同时根据竖井掘进机采用滚刀破岩,依照适应的地层条件、工程条件,在合理的钻进速度基础上,确定了破碎岩石所需钻压和转速、功率、支撑力等参数,为竖井掘进机整机结构设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With an analysis on the conventional mine shaft sinking at home and abroad, mine shaft drlling method with mechanical rock breaking as the key and th e drilling technical development of mine shaft excavator, mine shaft sinking technique of mine shaft excavator in China was provided. The mine shaft sinking technique would be a raise boring machine applied pilot shaft drilling, mine shaft excavator applied to ream the pilot shaft and breaking rocks to be run to mine roadway transport ation with pilot shaft. With an analysis, special mine shaft headframe with drilling rods lifting function could realize up and down lifting of the mine shaft excavator. With the electric cables and the pipelines of ventilation and water, the electric power supply and water supply could be provided to the operation of mine shaft excavator and special multi function sinking stage could realize parallel operation of the rock breaking sinking and support. With an optimized design on the drilling head structure, the mine shaft headframe and the drilling rods could be applied to take the mine shaft excavator directly out of the mine shaft to solve the dissembling problems equipment in mine shaft. Meanwhile, according to the rolling cutter rock breaking of mine shaft excavator, based on the suitable strata condition, engineering condition and rational drilling speed, drilling pressure, rotary speed, power, support force and other parameters of the rock breaking were determined to provide references to the structure de sign of mine shaft excavator.
