基于单截齿的液压冲击与截割联合破煤岩过程研究

  • 摘要: 针对煤岩截割过程中存在的截齿磨损严重、截割结构失效等普遍问题,采用预裂与截割联合破煤岩原理,设计了一种液压冲击与截割联合的截齿,并采用EDEM离散元软件模拟截齿液压冲击与截割联合破煤岩的过程,分析有无冲击预裂的破煤岩性能,研究结果表明:煤岩普氏系数的增加均会使2种截割方式的截割效率降低,煤岩普氏系数越大,2种截割方式的截割效率差距就越大,且有冲击作用方式的截齿可以输出更大的截割力;截齿在有冲击作用下的截割效率相比无冲击作用下的截割效率最高提升了15%以上,在截割力输出性能最大提升20%以上,因此,该冲击预裂方式有助于破碎煤岩。

     

    Abstract: According to common problems of serious cutter wear and structural failure of cutting in cutting process of coal and rock,a combination of hydraulic impact and cutting is designed by using the principle of pre splitting and cutting combined with breaking coal.EDEM discrete element software is used to simulate the process of hydraulic fracturing and cutting combined with broken coal,and the performance of broken coal with or without impact pre splitting is analyzed.The results show that the increase of coal hardness will reduce the cutting efficiency of the two cutting modes,the greater the hardness of coal,the greater the gap of cutting efficiency between the two cutting modes,and the pick with impact can output more cutting force.The cutting efficiency of the pick under impact is 15% higher than that without impact,and the cutting force output performance is increased by nearly 20%.Therefore,the impact pre splitting is helpful to the broken coal.
