Determination on Standing Blasting Effective Scope of High Gassy and Low Permeability Seam

  • 摘要: 利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对松动爆破有效影响范围进行了计算机数值模拟,分别建立了爆破孔间距为5、6、7 m的爆破数值计算模型。通过对模拟结果分析得出:爆破应力波以爆源为中心向四周传播;应力波强度会随着传播距离的增加而不断衰减;在应力波传播的过程中,会发生应力叠加现象;爆破孔间距越大,叠加后应力强度在传播过程的衰减幅度就越小;通过数值模拟和现场检验,最终得出爆破孔间距为6 m时爆破效果最佳。

     

    Abstract: The ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was applied to the computer numerical simulation on the standing blasting effective scope.The blasting numerical calcula tion models with the blasting borehole spacing of 5, 6 and 7 m were individually established.The analysis on the simulation results showed that the blasting stress wave would be spread to all around based on the blasting source as the center.The stress wave strength would be steadily reduced with the spreading distance increased.Du ring the stress wave spreading process, the stress superposition phenomenon would be occurred.The longer of the blasting borehole spacing, the lower of the attenuati on range would be stress strength after the superposition during the spreading process.With the numerical simulation and the site inspection, when the blasting borehol e spacing was 6 m, the blasting effect would be best.
