高应力软岩巷道高强让压锚杆支护系统试验研究

Study on High Strength Yield Bolt Support System Test in Mine High Stress Soft Rock Roadway

  • 摘要: 为解决云驾岭煤矿二水平南翼下山巷道掘进过程中出现的围岩变形大,且返修后仍不能有效控制巷道稳定的支护问题,采用高强高预紧力让压锚杆支护系统在二水平南翼运输下山巷道进行了支护试验。试验巷道选用Q600高强让压锚杆和直径18.9 mm的"鸟窝"让压锚索,设计预紧力分别为80和150 kN。监测结果表明:试验巷道顶板下沉量最大值46 mm,两帮移近量最大值182 mm,基本无底鼓现象,通过安装高强度、高预紧力让压锚杆高强支护系统能适应高应力软岩巷道的支护要求,实现了高应力软岩运输下山的一次支护成功。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the large surrounding rock deformation occurred during the heading process of the south wing dip roadway in second Level of Yunjialing Mine and it was difficult to control the stability of the mine roadway after repaired, a high strength and high pre-tension yield bolt system was applied to the support trial in the south wing transportation dip roadway at the second level.The Q600 high strength yield bolt and a diameter 18.9 mm bird-nest yield anchor with designed pre-ten sion of 80 and 150 kN individually were selected for the trial roadway.The monitoring and measuring results showed that the max roof convergence of the trial roadway was 46 mm, the max relative convergence of the two sidewalls was 182 mm and there was no floor heave basically.With the installation of the high strength, high pre-st ress yield bolt, the high strength support system could meet the support requirements of the high stress soft rock rioadway and could realize a once successful support of the high stress soft rock transportation dip roadway.
