近距离保护层开采工作面瓦斯治理技术

Gas Control Technoloy of Coal Mining Face in Contiguous Protective Seam

  • 摘要: 对乌兰煤矿保护层开采5767工作面的瓦斯涌出规律进行了研究,针对7号煤层和其下部的8号煤层情况,采用顺层、回风巷大倾角钻孔抽采、地面钻井卸压抽采、采空区埋管抽采和穿层钻孔抽采的立体式瓦斯综合治理方法,并对治理效果进行了考察。结果表明:通过采取立体分源瓦斯治理措施,5767工作面回采时瓦斯浓度超限问题得到了有效解决,工作面风量由之前的1 700m3/min降至700 m3/min,回风流中瓦斯体积分数为0.32%~0.60%,保证了工作面的安全回采。

     

    Abstract: A study was conducted on the gas emission law of No.5767 coal mining face in a protective seam of Wulan Mine .According to the conditions of No.7 sea m and the below seam No.8 seam, the comprehensive gas control method was provided, including the gas drainage with boreholes drilling along the mining seam, the g as drainage with high upward inclined boreholes in the air returning gateway, the pressure releasing and gas drainage with the surface drilling, the buried pipeline gas d rainage in the mining goaf, the gas drainage with boreholes dilling through the mining seam.An investigation was conducted in the gas control effect.The results showe d that with the comprehensive gas contral measures conducted, the gas content over limite problem during the mining period of No.5767 coal mining face was effectivel y solved.The ventilation quantity of the coal mining face was reduced from previous 1 700 m3/min to 700 m3/min, the gas volume fraction in the air retuning flow was 0. . 32%0.60% and the safety mining of the coal mining face could be ensured.
