深部冲击地压矿井刚柔一体化吸能支护技术

  • 摘要: 为了实现冲击地压发生时不造成人员伤亡和设备损坏的目的,基于深部矿井巷道围岩变形破坏特性,提出了一种刚柔一体化吸能支护方法。采用数值模拟的方法,对比研究了柔性让压支护和刚柔一体化吸能支护对冲击载荷的力学响应,数值模拟结果显示,相对于柔性让压支护,刚柔一体化吸能支护能有效吸收能量和释放应力,应力最大值降幅达72%,能量最大降幅达96.58%,最小降幅达60.02%。刚柔一体化吸能支护技术在跃进煤矿25110工作面下平巷得以应用,有效避免了2次大能量冲击地压事故对巷道、人员和设备的破坏,验证了刚柔一体化吸能支护的防冲效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize a goal of no personnel casualties and no equipment failure when mine pressure bumping occurred, based on the deformation failure fe atures of the surrounding rock along the mine roadway in deep mine, the rigid-flexibility integrated energy absorption support method was provided.The numerical simul ation method was applied to compare and analyze the flexibility yield support and the rigid-flexibility integrated energy absorption support to the mechanics responses 0 f the mine pressure bumping load.The numerical simulation results showed that in comparison with the flexibility yield support, the rigid-flexibility integrated energy abs orption support could effectively absorb the stress and energy.The max value of the stress reduced by 72%, the max reduction of the energy was 96.58%, the min reduc tion was 60.02%.The rigid-flexibility integrated energy absorption support was applied to the below gateway of No.25110 coal mining face in Yuejin Mine.Two high energ y mine pressure bumping accidents occurred not caused any failure to the mine roadway, personnel and equipment.The mine pressure bumping prevention effect of the rigid-flexibility integrated energy absorption support was proved.
