摘要: 为合理布置霍洛湾煤矿极近距离煤层下分层工作面两巷位置,采用弹塑性力学理论计算了上分层工作面开采底板最大屈服深度,得出了底板破坏深度为8.29 m,应用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了上分层工作面开采对底板的影响,通过对邻近工作面开采过程及巷道掘进的模拟,得出了底板损伤过程及其内部应力变化,确定出下分层22104工作面两巷距上分层22102工作面回风巷水平距离分别为85和300 m,并进行了巷道变形实测,在观测区域未出现较为明显的巷道变形破坏。结果表明,利用底板破坏深度及采空区下低应力区等结论确定下分层工作面两巷的合理布置方式是可行的。Abstract: In order to make a rational layout of the two gateways in a coal mining face in a slicing seam under ultra short distance to the top seam,an elastic and pl astic mechanic theory was applied to calculate the max yield depth of the floor on the top slicing seam mining face.The floor failure depth was 8.29 m as obtained.The F LAC3D numerical simulation software was applied to analyze the top slice seam mining affected to the floor.With simulation on the mining process and gateway driving i n the adjacent coal mining face,the floor failure process and the inner stress variation were obtained and the rational location of the two gateways in No.22104 coal mini ng face in the low slice seam was determined as 85 m and 300 m individually and horizontally to the air retuning gateway of No.22102 coal mining face in the top slice s eam.The actual measurement of the gateway deformation was conducted.There was no obvious deformation and failure of the gateway occurred in the observation are a.The results showed that the application of the floor failure depth,the low stress zone under the goaf and other conclusion to determine the rational layout mode of the two gateways in the low slice seam mining face was feasible.
