神东矿区综合防尘技术及应用

Comprehensive dust prevention technology and application in Shendong Mining Area

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿在采掘、破碎、装运、转载、打钻、喷浆、爆破、分选等多个环节产生的大量粉尘,对工人的身体健康造成极大危害,且易引发煤尘爆炸等问题,从完善综合防尘系统和降低源头产尘量2个方面总结了神东矿区高效综合降尘技术手段及控尘管理体系,详细介绍了井下采煤工作面、掘进工作面、转载点、地面选煤厂及装车站等主要产尘位置的粉尘治理情况,通过采煤工作面综合防尘、掘进工作面防尘、防止生产系统二次扬尘管控等技术措施,将粉尘质量浓度从原有的526.6、494.3、92.0mg/m3分别降到8.6、4.8、3.3 mg/m3以下,取得了显著的治理效果。

     

    Abstract: According to great dust occurred from the mining and excavation,crushing,dilling,shotcreting,blasting,coal preparation and other several links in a coal min e,the dusts would cause extreme harms to the health of the workers in the coal mine and would be the major problem to cause the dust explosion,from two aspects of impr oving the comprehensive dust prevention system and to reduce the dust production volume of the dust sources,the paper summarized the high efficient comprehensive dus t reduction technical means and dust control system in Shendong Mining Area and in detail introduced the dust control conditions at the coal mining face,mine heading fac e,coal stage loading,coal preparation plant at the mine surface,coal loading station and other major coal dust location. With the comprehensive dust prevention of the coal mining face,dust prevention of the mine heading face,the secondary dust fly control of the coal production system and other technical measures,the dust concentration was reduced from the previous 526.6,494. 3 and 92. 0 mg 1 m3 to below 8.6,4.8and 3.3 mg 1 m3 and remarkable control effect was obtained.
