立井提升装置过卷动力学研究

Study on overwinding dynamics of mine shaft hoisting device

  • 摘要: 针对立井提升装置的过卷制动特性,从动力学入手,建立了提升装置过卷时的动力学模型,提出了过卷制动力、制动减速度和钢丝绳冲击力的计算方法,计算结果表明:罐笼提升过卷制动减速度应小于重力加速度g,箕斗提升过卷制动减速度应小于2g。同时提出了限制钢丝绳冲击力的设计方法,基于限制冲击的理念,优化了HGJ-D钢带式立井提升过卷缓冲装置的制动性能。结果表明:采用限制冲击力的过卷防护装置,可以减小井架、井塔的受力,最多可使提升钢丝绳承受的冲击力减少1/2,从本质上提高了提升系统的安全可靠性。

     

    Abstract: According to overvwinding braking featues of a mine shaft oisting device,from view of a dynamics,verwinding dynanics model ofthe hoisting device was established.Acalculation method of overwinding braking force braking deceleraion and steel wire rope impact fore was provided. The calculatonresuts shoved that overvinding braking deceleration of cage hoisting should be less than g and overwinding braking deceleration of soip hoisting should be lss than 2g .Ades gn method to restrict the inmpact force of the seel wire rope was provided.BEased on conception to restriet the inmpact.the braking peromances of GJ-D te l tand type overwinding buifer device were optinized for the mine shaft oisting. he results showed that the overwinding protecton deice to restrcthe impact force aplied could reduce the stresses of mine shaft headframe and mine shaft towercould reduce 1 2 impact foce to the hoistng stee irerope and could improve the safet relaility of the hoisting system
