基于临界残余瓦斯压力的有效抽采半径确定方法

Method to determine effective gas drainage radius based on critical residual gas pressure

  • 摘要: 针对目前现场有效抽采半径界定困难和指标不统一的问题,结合我国现行规范标准的相关要求,提出了有效抽采半径界定新指标——临界残余瓦斯压力,并建立了临界残余瓦斯压力的计算方法,结合瓦斯抽采钻孔径向瓦斯压力分布的数学模型,提出了基于COMSOL Multiphysics的有效抽采半径快速解算方法,利用该方法计算得出了余吾煤业3号煤层不同抽采时间的有效抽采半径,通过现场实测有效抽采半径与数值计算结果进行了验证。结果表明:建立的有效抽采半径界定新指标及数值求解方法是可靠的,可以利用这种方法准确快速地计算出目标区域煤层的有效抽采半径,为矿井瓦斯抽采工程的布设提供依据,保证了矿井瓦斯抽采达标和安全生产。

     

    Abstract: According to the problems of hardly certaining effective gas drainage radius and having disunity criteria indexes in present site,in combination with the relat ed requirements of available regulations and standards in China,the paper provided a new index of the effective gas drainage radius criteria--critical residual gas pressure. A calculation method of critical residual gas pressure was established. In combination with the mathematical model on radial gas pressure distribution in gas drainage bore hole,a rapid solution method of effective gas drainage radius was designed based on the COMSOL Multiphysics. The solution method was applied to calculate effective gas drainage radius of No. 3 seam in Yuwu Mine of different gas drainage time. With the site measurement,an verification was conducted on the effective gas drainage radius measured in the site and numerical calculation results. The results showed that the new criteria index and numerical solution method of the effective gas drainage radius e stablished were reliable ,and the method could be applied to accurately and rapidly calculate effective gas drainage radius of seam in the target region to provide basis to th e layout of mine gas drainage project,and the mine gas drainage target and safety production were ensured.
