双伸缩液压支架立柱初撑力分析与研究

Analysis and Study on Setting Load of Double Telescopic Leg in Hydraulic Powered Support

  • 摘要: 针对双伸缩液压支架立柱初撑力不足的现状,对其工作原理、操作流程和结构受力进行了分析,分析结果表明,立柱主动初撑时,一级缸活塞触抵导向套产生内力致使二级缸压力不足,从而导致其初撑力不足额定值的50%;以360/260-2340型双伸缩立柱为研究对象,进行了初撑试验,试验数据表明,不足的初撑力致使顶板下沉量增加13.67 mm。为了使双伸缩液压支架立柱达到额定初撑力,提出了机械拦阻法、一级杆腔截止法等5种方法,并分析其各自特点,为双伸缩液压支架立柱的设计提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: According to the present status on the insufficient setting load of the double telescopic leg in the hydraulic powered support, an analysis was conducted on the working principle, operation procedure and structure stressed.The analysis showed that during the active setting load of the leg, the internal force occurred by th e one level cylinder piston hit the guidance sheath could cause the pressure insufficient of the second level cylinder and thus the setting load would be 50% lower than t he rated value.Taking the口360/0260-2340 mode double telescopic leg as the study object, a setting test was conducted.The test data showed that the insufficient setti ng load would cause the roof subsidence value increased by 13.67 mm.In order to make the double telescopic leg of the hydraulic powered support reached to rated set ting load, five methods of the mechanical resistance one level bar chamber method and others were put forward and each features was analyzed which could provide re ferences to the design of the double telescopic leg of the hydraulic powered support.
