采煤机截割部行星架断裂原因分析与改进

Analysis on reason of fracture and lmprovement for planetary mechanism of shearer cutting unit

  • 摘要: 针对MG200/446-WD型采煤机截割部行星架频繁断裂的现状,运用化学成分和机械性能检测、显微组织检测、有限元分析和实地考察等方法,分别从行星架材料、结构和使用环境3个方面进行分析。结果表明:MG200/446-WD型采煤机截割部行星架存在强度不足和应力集中的问题,需改进材料、工艺和结构;改进后的行星架强度提高了32%,所受最大应力减小至原来的58%;通过现场使用效果,验证了改进方案的正确性。该改进方法能有效提高行星架强度,可为薄煤层采煤机行星架的设计研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: According to staus of the frecuent facture for planetary mechanismn ofcuting unit of MG2Q00/46-ND type sheare,using the testing of chemical composition and mechanical propertis.thetesting of microscopic srouctre and thefnie element analysis and on-sie inspecion analyzing from matera structure and use ofthe environment. The resutis showed that the planetary mechanismn of iMGC2Q00446-WD typeof shearer problems such as insufcient strength and stress concentratio.should be improved from the materals,process and the stucturedesign; the strength of planetary mechanism increased by 32% and maxinmum stress value decreases to58% aner improvementusin fiect verity the valdity of the improved scheme.The paer puts forward the improved method can effectivly improve the strength of planetary mechanism.lt can provide the reference for design and research of thin seam shearer planetary mechanism.
