煤矿井下松软煤层空气雾化钻进用雾化器的研制

Research and development on atomizer of air atomized drilling in soft seam of underground mine

  • 摘要: 针对井下空气钻进时孔口粉尘污染严重,实践中通过风水联动阀直接将水注入孔内抑尘,不能实现雾化水量、雾流参数的精确控制与调节,抑尘效果差,且易导致煤粉过湿,排粉困难而引发孔内事故等问题,通过计算、有限元分析以及配套选型等方法,计算确定了雾化流量、雾化压力以及喷嘴直径等雾化器关键参数,优选了气动马达、雾化泵等关键元件,设计了雾化混合腔,研制了煤矿井下松软煤层空气雾化钻进用雾化器,雾化器最高雾化压力达10 MPa,雾化流量4 L/min,雾化参数可控制和调节。现场应用表明:使用雾化器后现场粉尘浓度降低了94%以上,在保持较好的除尘效果时,雾化液量随着孔深的增加而增加,大致呈线性关系;孔深200 m左右时,最大雾化液量3.5 L/min,且钻进过程中未出现孔内高温现象,能满足煤矿井下松软煤层空气雾化钻进的需要。

     

    Abstract: According to seious dustpoltion at the mouth of the borehole during the air riling operation,wth theair and water linkage valve in the practices water could be drecty injected into the borehole to controlthe dust and the atomized water quantity and atomized fovw paramneters could not be acuraely contrlled and ?djusted.Thus the dust controleffect was poor.Due to the coal powder was too wet.the dificult dust dicharging caused a.dent and othe problem occured in the borhole. with the caloulation,fnite element analysis and matching selection as well as other method.,the atomized fow.atomized pressure,nuze diameter and other key paramelers of the atomizer could be caleulated and determined. The pneumatic motor atomized pump and other key components were optimized and the atonized mivedchamber was designed.A sprayer special for theair atomized driling in sot sean of the underground mine was researched and developed.the max atomized ressureof the sprayer could be 10 MPa,the atomized flow could be 4 L/ min and the atomized parameters could be controled and adjused. Theste applcaion showed tht aer the appication of the atomizer.the site dust concentation could be reduced over 94% WNhen the good dust control effct was kept.,the adonized cuanit wouda be inreased with the depth of the borehole increased and would be in a lnear relaton roughty When the depth of the borehole was at abou 200 m,he max atomized quantiy woud be83.5 L / min and there was no high temperature ocured inthe borehole during the borehaole drling. Tnus the sprayer could meet the requirements of the airatomized drilling in the soft seam of the underground mine.
