瓦斯抽采中新型封孔材料及工艺的应用研究

Research on New Borehole Sealing Material and Sealing Technique Applied to Mine Gas Drainage

  • 摘要: 为解决杉木树煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔质量差、抽采负压小、抽采效果差等问题,采用了新型矿用封孔材料PD及封孔工艺。该材料采用了微胶囊化技术,使得该材料的浆体在缓慢凝固的过程中体积逐渐膨胀,并渗透到钻孔周边微裂隙,形成对钻孔周围裂隙的封堵;该材料应用过程中,辅以膨博封孔剂作为注浆堵头,从而形成两端封堵中间注浆的"两堵一注"的封孔工艺。应用结果表明,与传统封孔工艺相比,抽采孔平均瓦斯体积分数从22.6%提高到了36.8%;平均抽采负压从2.8 kPa提高到9.1 kPa;平均单孔瓦斯纯流量从9.42 L/min提高到44.53 L/min。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the poor borehole sealing quality,low gas drainage negative pressure,poor gas drainage effect and other problems of the gas drainage b orehole in Shanmushu Mine,a new mine borehole sealing material PD and borehole sealing technique was applied.The microencapsulation technology was applied to th e material PD.Thus the grout of the material would be steadily swollen during the slow solidification process and would be permeated into the micro cracks around the b orehole.Therefore the sealing of the cracks around the borehole could be formed.During the application process of the material,Pengbo borehole sealing material as the secondary material was applied as the grouting plug,and there would be a two sealing and one grouting sealing technique formed with a grouting between two sealing e nds.The applied results showed that in comparison with the conventional borehole sealing technique,the average gas volume fraction of the gas drainage borehole was improved from 22.6% to 36.8% , the average gas drainage negative pressure was improved from 2.8 kPa to 9.1 kPa and the average net gas flow value of a gas borehol e was improved from 9.42 L/min to 44. 53 L/min.
