酸刺沟煤矿综放工作面矿压显现异常及控制技术

Abnormal Mine Pressure Behavior and Control Technology of Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Face in Suancigou Mine

  • 摘要: 针对酸刺沟煤矿6上煤层大采高综放工作面矿压显现强烈,对工作面矿压显现进行了实时在线监测与分析。结果表明:工作面周期来压步距为20.2 m,来压动载系数平均1.35,高压力区集中在20—130号支架,98%的支架日最大工作阻力达到或超过15 000 kN的额定工作阻力,工作面推采初期出现压架事故。采取了提高安全阀开启阀值、加快推进速度、来压期间减少放煤和在高压力区深空卸压爆破等措施控制顶板,减小压力显现强度,监测显示安全阀开启率降低至12.4%,支架工作阻力基本符合正态比例分布,提高了工作面安全生产水平。

     

    Abstract: According to the serious mine pressure behaviors in the high cutting fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in No.6 Up seam of Suancigou Mine, a real time online monitoring and measuring and analysis was conducted on the mine pressure behaviors of the coal mining face.The results showed that the periodical pr essure step distance of the coal mining face was 20.2 m, the average pressure dynamic coefficient was 1.35 and high pressure zone was concentrated on No.20 to No. 130 hydraulic powered supports.The daily max working resistance of the 98% powered supports would reach or be over the rated working resistance of 15 000 kN.Ther e was a powered support jammed accident occurred at the initial mining period of the coal mining face.According to above problems, the measures of the safety valve 0 pen value increased, advancing speeded up, less top coal caving during the pressure period, deep pressure releasing blasting and others were applied to control the ro of pressure behavior strength.The monitoring and measuring showed that open and start rate of the safety valve was reduced to 12.4%.The working resistance of the p owered supports basically could meet the normal percentage distribution and could improve the safety production level of the coal mining face.
