深埋薄基岩顶板来压与底板破坏深度关系

Relationship between deep depth and thin base rock roof pressurized and floor failure depth

  • 摘要: 为解决现场顶板频繁剧烈来压造成的底板突水问题,根据实测深埋薄基岩采场矿压显现特征及关键层垮断失稳判别方法,分析了顶板来压时冲击载荷的作用机理,应用弹性理论及摩尔-库仑准则推导了顶板冲击载荷和支承压力叠加作用下的采场底板破坏深度计算公式,研究得出了顶板来压与底板破坏深度的关系,提出了相应的底板破坏深度控制技术,现场应用生产效率提高约91.7%。结果表明:顶板来压步距越大,冲击载荷越大;顶板冲击载荷及支承压力的叠加作用导致底板破坏深度增加;随来压步距增大,底板破坏深度先增加后又趋于稳定;顶板剧烈来压的周期性造成了底板破坏和底板出水的周期性。

     

    Abstract: in oderto solve the foor water inush problem caused by the requent and serious site roof pressuized.according to the meaured mine pressure behavior features of the coal mining face with the deep depth and thin base ock,the colapsing and instaility distinguishing metned of the key layer was applied to analaze te bumping load role mechanismn when the roof was pressurized.The elastic theary and Mohr-Coulomb crieion were applied to derve the calculation formula of the fcor faiure depth in the coal mining face under the roof bumping load and suppor prssure superpostion role and to stucy the eationship betwee the roo ressuized and foor falure depth. The related control technology of the foor fallre depth was provded and the production eficiency was improved by 91.7%. The results showed he longer steap distance of the prof ressuized.the higher bumping load woud be. The superpoition role of the roof bunmping load and supot pressue would causethe foor falture depth increased.with the step distance of the roof pressurized inreased,the foor faltre depth waould be increased frt y and then woul be in stabe.The periodicity of the roof serious pressurized would cause the periodicity of the floor failure and floor water inflow.
