聚醚聚羧酸盐水煤浆分散剂的合成及其性能研究
Study on Performances and Synthesis of Polyether Polycarboxylate Dispersant for Coal Water Slurry

摘要: 采用一步合成法,以4种不同相对分子质量(即侧链长度不同)烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为单体,在引发剂过硫酸钾(K2S2O8)作用下直接聚合得到一系列烯丙基聚乙二醇聚醚聚羧酸盐分散剂。通过红外光谱及凝胶渗透色谱等手段对聚合物的结构、相对分子质量及其分布进行了表征和分析,并探讨了不同侧链长度的烯丙基聚乙二醇聚醚聚羧酸盐分散剂对彬长煤成浆性能及黏度的影响。结果表明,该分散剂的最佳合成条件为:引发剂为总单体质量的4%,烯丙基聚乙二醇和甲基丙烯酸物质的量比1∶1,反应温度80℃,反应时间5 h,得出侧链长度为27的烯丙基聚乙二醇聚醚聚羧酸盐分散剂对彬长煤具有更好的分散和稳定作用。Abstract: A series of allyl polyethylene glycol polycarboxylate dispersants was prepared with four different relative molecular mass allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ( APEG) and methy| acrylate ( MAA) as monomer, K2 S 208 as initiator and hydroquinone as inhibitor by one step synthesis method. The copolymer structures were ch aracterized by infrared spectrum and the relative molecular mass and its distribution was analyzed by gel permeation chromatography. The influences were explored of the different side chain length of dispersants on the slurry performance and the apparent viscosity of Binchang coal water slurry. Based on the performance results, the synthesis optimized conditions of copolymer was obtained. The mass ratio of methyl acrylate and allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene was 1 : 1, dosage of the initiator was 4% of the monomer quantity, the polymerization temperature was 80。C and the reaction keeping time was 5 h. The results showed that polycarboxylic acid dispersant with t he side chain length of 27 had better dispersing and stabilizing effect to Binchang coal.
