CO2对矿井多组分可燃性气体抑爆特性的影响

Influence of CO2 on explosion suppression characteristics of multicomponent flammable gas in coal mine

  • 摘要: 为研究CO2对矿井多组分可燃性气体的抑爆特性,应用FLACS软件对不同浓度配比的CH4、CO、C2H6、H2混合气体及添加CO2以后的爆炸参数进行数值模拟,得到了CO2对多组分可燃性气体抑爆特性的影响规律。结果表明:CO2对可燃性气体爆炸有抑制作用,且CO2的添加量越大,抑爆效果越好;随着CO2的加入,混合气体爆炸特征参数均会受到影响,且主要影响CH4气体,对H2、C2H6、CO浓度配比为0.1∶0.3∶0.8的混合气体爆炸的影响较单一CH4的影响更大;同时,CO2的添加减缓了上述配比混合气体压力场、温度场、产物浓度场的变化,延缓了爆炸反应的时间,降低了爆炸危险性。

     

    Abstract: In order to study explosion suppression characteristics of CO2 to mine multicomponent flammable gas,a FLACS software was ap-plied to numerical simulati on on explosion parameters of different concentration ratio mixed CH4,CO,C2H6,H2 mixed gas with CO2 addedand the influence law of CO2 to the explosion suppression characteristics of the multicomponent flammable gas was obtained. The resultsshowed that CO2 could have a suppression role to the explosion of flammable gas and expl osion suppression effect would be better with thevalue of CO2 added increased. With CO2 added increased,the parameters of combined gas explosion characteristics woul d be affected,espe-cially CH4. The parameters influences on the combined gas explosion characteristics of H2,C2H6,CO concentration mixed ratios individu-ally as 0. 1: 0.3 : 0.8 would be more obvious than the influence of pure CH4. Meanwhile,CO2 added could slow down variations of thepressure filed of above mixed ratio mixed gas,t emperature field,product concentration field,could delay time of explosion reaction andcould reduce the explosion danger.
