煤矿科学采矿及科学产能的研究进展

Research progress on scientific mining and scientific productivity in coal mines

  • 摘要: 科学采矿作为一种自然资源开采理念和新的采矿模式,其内涵在10多年内得到了不断丰富和发展。科学采矿的量化评价指标体系已被构建,并得到逐步完善;科学采矿指数和科学采矿等级的概念也被先后提出,并产生了一套较完善的计算方法,可以明确地量化表达被评价煤矿的科学采矿程度。为了确保设计阶段确定的煤矿生产能力的科学性,提出了煤矿设计科学产能指数的概念并构建了其评价指标体系。最后对科学采矿与科学产能今后的研究方向提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: The scientific mining as a natural resource mining theory and a new mining mode would have the connotaion being eniched and developed withn the passed decade years.The quantitative evaluation idex system ofthe scientie m ining vas esablished and was steadisi mproved.The conception ofthe soi ntife mining coeficient( Se MNC) and scientfic mining rank St MR) were also provided one afer noter.A set ofthe improved computation method was fomed and could clearyand quantitatively express the scientifi: mining degree of he mine./n order to ensure the science of the cal mine productritysetat the design stage,the conception on the scientfic productivity index of the coal mine design was provided and the evaluation index system was established At last,the paper had given some advice for further research for the scientific mining and the scientific productivity.
