煤矿井下超长钻孔常见事故原因分析及处理方法

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下应用千米钻机进行孔深600 m以上的超长钻孔瓦斯抽采施工中孔内事故频发的现象,研究了喷孔、塌孔、堵孔、顶钻和卡钻等常见事故发生的具体原因并给出了相应的处理方法,认为超长钻孔孔内事故频发主要是由煤层地质构造条件、千米钻机装备及其配套设施的性能和超长钻孔瓦斯抽采工艺3方面因素造成,通过调整钻进工艺参数、改进施工钻具和采用特殊装置可以有效提高超长钻孔的成孔质量,大幅降低超长钻孔施工中孔内事故的发生概率。

     

    Abstract: According to the application of an 1 000 meters drilling rig in the underground mine, frequent phenomenon of in borehole accidents occurred in the overl ong (over 600 m) borehole gas drainage operation, certain causes of the borehole outburst, borehole collapsed, borehole jammed and drilling bit jammed were studied and the related treatment methods were provided.The paper held that the in borehole accidents occurred in the overlong borehole mainly caused by the seam geologica | structure conditions, the performances of the 1 000 meters drilling equipment and related facilities and the gas drainage technique with the overlong borehole .With the adjustment of the drilling technique and parameters, drilling tools improvement and the application of the special device, the borehole complement quality of the overlon g borehole could be effectively improved, and in borehole accident occurred posibility during the overlong borehole construction would be highly reduced.
