综采工作面矸石自动充填捣实控制系统设计

  • 摘要: 为提高充填工作面生产过程控制的自动化程度,解决充填过程生产效率低和充填质量差的问题,针对邢东矿12212充填工作面的技术要求和特点,通过将电液控制技术与矸石充填工艺、流程相结合,提出了对落料机构、充填捣实机构的协调控制,设计了综采工作面矸石自动充填捣实控制系统,实现了充填过程的自动控制,该系统可以实现多架同时充填,工作面充填密度均衡,充填质量稳定。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the automatic control of the production process in the backfill coal mining face and to solve the low production efficiency in the backfill p rocess and the poor backfill quality problem,according to the technical requirements and features of No.12212 backfill coal mining face in Xingdong Mine,with the electro- h ydraulic control technology combined with the coal refuse backfill technology and process,a coordinated control of the feeding mechanism and the backfill and tamping mec hanism was provided and an automatic coal refuse backfill and temping control system of the fully mechanized coal mining face was designed. The automatic control of the backfill process was realized. The system could realize the backfills of several powered supports at same time. The backfill density of the coal mining face was equllibrium and the backill quality was stable.
