阳泉矿区瓦斯治理创新模式与实践

Practice and mode of gas control technical innovation in Yangquan Mining Area

  • 摘要: 针对阳泉矿区煤与瓦斯突出严重的现状,结合矿区瓦斯地质特征,基于本煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采技术提出了“一个钻孔就是一项工程”的瓦斯治理模式。结果表明:通过钻孔工程的质量标准化管理、过程质量管理和目标管理,大幅度提高了钻孔质量和瓦斯抽采效果,本煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度由原来的平均8%提高到了40%以上,提高了5倍;单孔(百米)瓦斯抽采流量由原来的0.01 m~3/min提高到了0.03~0.04 m~3/min,提高了2~3倍;减少了钻孔数量,节约了瓦斯治理成本,实现了阳泉矿区瓦斯治理水平的大幅提升,保障了矿井的安全生产。

     

    Abstract: In view of the serious situation of coal and gas outburst in Yangquan Mining Area,in combination with gas geological characteristics in this area, the “one borehole is a project” gas control mode is proposed by adopting the gas drainage borehole in mining seam. The results show that the drilling quality and the efficiency of gas drainage are greatly improved through technical innovation, quality standardization management of drilling engineering, process quality management and target management. The concentration of gas, which come from gas drainage of the borehole in mining seam, is increased from former average of 8% to 40% or more, which is approximately an increase of five times; gas drainage flow of 100 m single borehole increase by 2 to 3 times, from 0.01 m3/min to 0.03~0.04 m3/min. The application of the proposed gas management model reduce the number of drilling boreholes and save the cost of gas control, which significantly improve the level of gas control in Yangquan Mining Area and guarantee the coal mine production safety.
